Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Without Surgery

Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome (CTS) is an entrapment neuropathy. The median nerve, which
innervates many of the muscles and skin of the hand becomes entrapped
in the tunnel of the wrist.
Conservative
therapy WITHOUT surgery has in most studies resulted in BETTER results
than surgery (1,2). For this reason, it is ciritical that you know
THE conservative therapy that hand surgeons agree on.
Research has

described are more effective actually than surgery:
